Messengertalk (Tala & Rei, occasional Bryan)

"You know that's a one big cat..." Tala said from the doorway, Wolborg standing behind him, curious. He almost toppled over when Wolborg tried to get past him and the chrystals hit his upper back.

"No, Wolborg. Only in the hallway. You can't get through the doorways... Curious as a dog or a wolf. Wolborg, that hurt!"

Driger looked at the wolf over it's shoulder. Wolborg had got stuck in the doorway with his crystals.
The tiger moved away from it's spot and walked towards the wolf. When the big cat got in front of the wolf, Driger licked Wolborg's face.

-"I think that was nice to see you wolf. Hehe, how sweet."

"It's excellent that they get along." Tala reached towards Driger, somewhat hesitantly. The teeth were sharp looking.

Driger looked at Tala, then at his hand. The big cat started to purr again and so he put his soft furry head on Tala's hand so that Tala could scratch him.

-"No worries. Driger's such a big kitten when he's not battling."

When Tala started to scratch Driger's head, Wolborg wanted some attention, but he still couldn't get through the doorway. Tala was forced to reach back with his other hand and pet the wolf too.

"Kitten indeed. The purring is LOUD. Wolborg, not now... Want to go to play, Rei? I set one gameboard to the living room."

-"Ok then, let's go. Are Ian and Spencer going to play too?"

"No", Tala answered as he was trying to stuff by Wolborg, who was now completely stuck. "They are in their rooms, I guess. This wolf is pain in the arse sometimes.You really thought you could get through it? Get real." He simply pushed the wolf's head so it would either back off or go back to the blade. With a bright flash of blue it moved to the living room, laying down with it's head between it's huge paws.

"Ian loves games. Never agree to play strip poker with him, though. He always manages to win by cheating and you're naked in three minutes."

-"Wow, that's... uhmm... impressive I guess. Hopefully we're not gonna play strip poker though or are we? I don't even know how to play the normal poker game, because I've never played it."

"No. It's called Cluedo. One of Bryan's favorites. He's smart. When he chooses to use his brain to something else than plans to kill people."

Tala just shrugged. "know the game? You need to find out who killed who and where and with what. This is American version, rest of teh games are Russian mostly. Figures, eh?"

-"Yeah, I've heard of it, but never played one..."

*Bryan's fav game, huh? Well, it doesn't matter, at least it's in English, or so I hope. I do not understand Russian at all...*

Rei sat on a chair and looked at Tala when he sat down on his chair.

-"Ok, show me how it works."

"Ok. The American name is actually Clue, so this might be bought from elsewhere, actually. You need to figure out -who- killed Dr. Black, -where- was he murdered and -with what-. I just realized we do need a third one in this. IAN! Anyway. I already put three cards into the envelope. I hope you trust me.

You actually have 324 different solutions, so you can't figure it out without clues. I distribute rest of the clues."

Ian and Spencer showed up at this point. Tala sighed in relief and let Ian -far more better explainer- to tell rest of the rules.

"Ok. So, here it goes."

Ten minutes later...

"I accuse... Rev. Green, in the dining room, with the lead pipe."

Ian laughed.

"I suck at this..." Tala banged his head against the table.

*You said it Tala... I'm so busted now... I better just quit. Besides, I'm getting tired.*

-"Uhmm... I think that I just quit here and go to sleep. Sorry guys, it was fun to play with you..."

Rei got off the table and walked in the computer room.

*Hopefully they didn't get mad at me...?*

"Tala?"

"Nevermind. I'm so bad in this game anyway. Let's see who was it. Bleh, White in living room with the rope. I go to bed too soon. You go ahead, I clean this up."

He put the board back to the box including the pieces and cards and put the stack of games back to the cupboard. He then yelled a quick "Noight" to Rei and the others and trudged to bed.

But not to sleep. He still had the knife in his pocket.

Rei was lying on the bed and playing with his computer. He didn't hear Tala's good nights, because while Rei was playing in the BiteFight, he was listening his music playlist on Windows Media Player with his headphones on...

*Blue's One Love? No, I have to change...Nick Carter's Help me. Yeah, this is a great song... Suits for me... heh...Help me, indeed...*

Tala ran the blunt side of the blade up and down his arm, humming to himself. He rested the tip of the knife on his wrist, not cutting or pressing it.

Rei closed the computer and put it on the floor, next to the bed. He tried to sleep, but the bed and the place had me him feel difficult to do that.

*Oh crap, I need to go to the toilet...heh...and I don't even know where it is in the house...I even forgot to ask about something that important to know when you're in a place not so familiar to you... I'm such an idiot. But, I really have to go now and find Tala's room... I really don't want to bother him with my issue, but what else I could do? ... Now, if only I'd find his room...*

Rei rose off the bed and put his socks on his feet again so that he wouldn't feel cold floor with his bare feet.

*Ok, off you go now...* Rei opened the computer room's door, doing it quietly so others wouldn't wake up. Rei started to walk down the stairs, when he slipped on the third step from above, but Rei got a tight grip of the handrails, so he didn't fall down.

*Wow, that was close enough... I better be more careful with these stairs...*
Rei got downstairs safely and quietly, now he had to find either the toilet in the darkness or Tala's room.

*Hopefully this is the toilet...* Rei opened one little door nearby the kitchen, hoping it'd be the restroom.

*No, it's a closet, full of cleaning products... Damn, where is Tala, when I need him the most?*

Rei walked down the corridor, looking at the doors and hoping to find the right one. Then, though it was so dark that he could barely say was it a door or a closet, Rei saw a dark blue door in the end of the corridor.
*Is that a door of a room or just one of the closets again? I better check...*

Rei opened the dark blue door slowly and whispered: -"Hello? Is there anyone inside the room? Sorry to wake you up at a time like this, but I need to find the toilet..."

Tala almost had a heart attack when he heard the room of his door open. The small cut on his arm was bleeding a little but ignoring it he yanked the black sleeve down.

'Shit...'

Hearing Rei he wanted to slap himself upside the head. He had forgotten.

"I wasn't sleeping yet. Sorry, I forgot to tell you. It's on the other side of the kitchen. You go through it and turn left. The door is the first one on your left then. I'm sorry, I'm so stupid. It's effing dark in here, sure you know your way. Feel free to put on the lights..."

'Tala, you're a dumbass...'

-"Oh, it's my fault that I didn't ask about it earlier... Mind if I come back to your room, when I'm done? I can't sleep..."

'Uh-oh...'

"Um... Alright. Full moon keeps me awake and Wolborg is restless so I can't sleep either."

He watched Rei go and silently closed the door, turning around and taking his day-shirt off. Blood had spread and the wound was still bleeding.

'Shitshitshit...' Hurriedly he wiped the knife somewhat clean and put it to his drawer, before getting some bandages to his arm. The cut had been a bit too deep. 'Rei is going to notice it... So going to notice it...' The room was too warm to keep a long sleeved shirt anyway...

10 minutes later, Rei came out the toilet and closed the door behind him.

**sigh* Luckily it was Tala in the room a while ago... I don't know what would I have done without his help... I better go back there, I already promised that to him...*

Rei walked back toward Tala's room and when Rei was behind the door, he heard Tala whispering to himself and looking at his arm...

Rei opened the door and walked in.
-"Sorry to keep you up like this..." Rei noticed the wound on Tala's hand.

-"...Tala, you bleeding... What happened?"

'I'm doomed...' he tought, looking at his arm.

"Just a little cut, that's all." He couldn't bring himself to look to Rei's face. There was an awkward silence for a minute, neither of them moved. Blood slowly ran down Tala's arm, to his palm.

Rei was shocked, but then he calmed down and gave his hand to Tala.

-"Give me your hand."

Still not looking, instead, turning his head away, he lifted his right arm. He had failed to bandage it before the neko-jin would return. He just couldn't make the bleeding stop.

Rei took Tala's hand in his own and drew the Russian boy closer.

-"Sorry, the blood is bleeding too heavily, I just have to do this to make it stop..."

Rei drew Tala's hand closer to his mouth and then the neko-jin licked the bleeding spot.

Tala grimaced at the feeling, his fingers trembling. Usually he would have quitted there for a month or two, now he just wanted to cut more. He realized all of a sudden, he was scared. Scared why he wanted to do this. He didn't know.
